The sight of a miniature dog dressed head to paw in pink sparkles with a diamonte collar and lead, sitting in a little bag on a famous persons arm is not uncommon.  Not only is this a massive trend with celebrities in the states but the likes of the TOWIE girls are bringing it to Essex.
